Robert Dewey received his Master's degree in Spanish from Temple University (Philadelphia) in 2008, during which time he had the opportunity to serve as guest lecturer in a graduate course entitled "The Art of Translation." He began translating professionally in 2008 and specializes in the translation of academic and scholarly works from Spanish into English. He is a native of Savannah, Georgia and currently resides with his wife Nehad Khader in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Beyond translation, his intellectual interests include education, literature, film, photography, history, society, and psychology.
