Brad Elliott Stone is Associate Professor of Philosophy at Loyola Marymount University, where he also serves as the director of the University Honors Program. His specialization is 20th Century Continental Philosophy and Pragmatism. He is also the author of several articles on Miguel de Unamuno and Xavier Zubiri. He is finishing a book on contemporary Spanish philosophy tentative titled Mortality, Humanity, Divinity: Thinking with the Spanish Philosophers. Outside of Spanish philosophy, his research focuses on Heidegger's conception of metaphysics, Foucauldian methodology and ethics, and prophetic pragmatism. Brad was a 1998-1999 William J. Fulbright Scholar to the University of Salamanca, Spain.
